Awesome Attorney!!!!!

I met with Tom and he patiently went over his fees and explained everything that would be required of me. l gave him the go ahead and Tom immediately began to work on my case. He was great at communicating with me in a very timely manner via email. Tom was very professional and efficient in all that ...he did and said concerning my case. Miraculously my case was finalized in a matter of months. Therefore"l Highly Recommend Tom To All Who Really Need A New Beginning Financially" Thank you Tom for being a Blessing to me!!!!!

Knowledgeable and Professional Attourney

After struggling to complete a previous bankruptcy with an other lawyer, we were fortunate to find Mr. Hensel. His understanding of the bankruptcy law, willingness to answer questions promptly and go above and beyond in unique situations (i.e. purchase two vehicles while in the plan) are great asset...s. In addition to his consistent help, his relationships with the court and trustee allowed us to complete our case and find a much better financial footing. We'd highly recommend Mr. Hensel to see any one through a tough situation like a bankruptcy.

Great Attorney, Great Guy!

Tom was a great choice for representation. When I came to his office he was warm AND professional. I had so many questions, and he took time to answer them all. I was quite nervous and apprehensive to do something like this, but Tom, always responded to my questions quickly and made me feel reassured... about what I was doing. His office also made it easy to submit him the required supporting documentation. Before the meeting at court, I felt fully prepared by him and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you, Tom!

Highly recommended!

Mr. Hensel was very helpful, accommodating, informative and successful handling my bankruptcy. He made sure I understood every step of the way what to expect and made himself available to answer any questions I had, which were numerous. I highly recommend Mr. Hensel!! Outstanding job!

Thorough and efficient!!!

Mr. Hensel was very efficient and thorough. I contacted him for a consult, we met, he explained the process and what was needed of me very simply. He made the bankruptcy process easy and painless.
