Amazing Lawyer

Thom is an awesome attorney. I was very scared, truly embarrassed, and my anxiety was at its highest peak knowing I had to file bankruptcy. Thom eased my fears and lowered my anxiety by hand holding me through the bankruptcy process. He explained every detail of what to expect from start to finish ...of the bankruptcy process. He was so patient and understanding with me and my many questions. Most of all Thom listened to my worries without judgement during one of the most difficult times in my life. Thom is so knowledgable about the bankruptcy process that I always knew what to expect and he always had my best interest at heart. He kept me informed at all times about my case and returned my calls, texts or e-mail's often the same day. I am truly grateful to him for helping me get through this process.

Who is Thomas M. Hensel Jr.?

Lawyers in general get such a bad rap for their lack of attentiveness to their clients and at times leaving them feeling like just another number or a needle in a haystack....but not Attorney Thomas Hensel Jr.! He discreetly handled my case with the highest level of professionalism and sensitivity. ... For the past five years, as difficult and embarrassing as it was for me to file bankruptcy, Mr Hensel's calm and confident attitude always put me at ease. During this lengthy process, there was never a time when he did not promptly address all of my concerns with a phone call or an email. I would highly recommend him as an attorney.
