Mr. Hensel was very kind and understanding. He was easy to talk to and helped during a stressful situation. He kept me informed and up to date on everything with my case. I have recommended him to friends and would definetly use his services again should I need them.

GREAT LAWYER AND PERSON

I really went back and forth on weather to file for bankruptcy and a friend gave me Toms number, it was the best call I ever made. I had just went through a divorce and Tom made me fell like I was talking to a friend during the whole process and made me fell better about filling so I could get my lif...e started again. It has been 2 years and Tom will still answer any questions I have. I would recommend Tom to anyone

Excellent and Compassionate Representation for Chapters 13 and 7

Attorney Hensel represented me for a Chapter 13, through 2 years and then had to be converted to Chapter 7 due to loss of employment. Throughout the entire process, Tom was reassuring, compassionate and made a personally difficult and distressing time less stressful. This was in large part to his exp...ertise, knowledge & professionalism. Tom was always ready to answer any questions or concerns I had and personally responded to both my emails and calls. I was never alone in this process and he represented me efficiently and effectively. I would recommend anyone going through a similar experience to seek out Tom. Just meet with him and you'll feel confident that he will represent your best interests. I hope to never require his services again, which makes me sad, because he was such a pleasure to work with.

Professional and Caring

Mr. Hensel was extremely professional and walked us through the whole process. We had actually started with another attorney in the beginning stages but felt that we needed someone more knowledgeable and Mr. Hensel was able to assist us and give us better guidance. Mr. Hensel listened to our conc...erns and provided us with choices that would allow us to make the decisions that were best for our family. This helped us to build a better future. While this process was resolved for us, I have come to know Mr. Hensel as a person who can be a resource. He has been supportive over the years and is quick to respond if a question arises.

Great representation

We hired Tom half way through our Chapter 13 due to lack of contact and information on the part of our original lawyer. Tom was a complete 180. He returned e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner and provided the information we asked of him.
