Tom is the BEST

I retained Tom when I needed to file bankruptcy. I had a health issue and unfortunately didn't have health insurance. I had no choice but to file. I was embarrassed by the fact that I had to do so. Tom took me under his wing and made the whole process seamless. Now don't get me wrong, I had some home...work to do as well. I got the required things to Tom in a timely manner and the whole process was complete quicker than I expected. I would HIGHLY recommend him. Tom rocks!

The very best guide for a difficult experience

I highly recommend Mr. Thomas Hensel for anyone considering the difficult process of bankruptcy. I am a little older and I was extremely nervous even considering the process of a Chapter 7 bankruptcy (although it was necessary) and yet in my initial interview with Thomas, he completely reassured me.... I had many questions and he responded to all my questions and was always available with a thorough response, whether it was a phone call or an email. His knowledge was extensive and the bankruptcy finalized the way he said it was going to. I was incredibly relieved and in looking back on the experience, realize that I was very fortunate in my choice of attorney. His professional ratings are stellar, his manner is calm and reassuring and the process was painless.

Above and Beyond

Mr. Hensel is an excellent bankruptcy lawyer and I would recommend him as my first choice in representation. I had very unique complications arise from my bankruptcy, to say the least, and Mr. Hensel was in constant communication with me and took care of everything.

Great results

Tom Hensel jr is a great attorney he does what he says he'll do. He also was great at explaining things to me about what was happening throughout the process of filling my bankruptcy. I would highly recommend it your considering filling bankruptcy give him a call.

Compassionate and Dedicated

Tom was very compassionate and straightforward with me during my chapter 13. He responded to any questions I had immediately and always remained in contact over the five year course of my bankruptcy. The office was inviting which alleviated my anxiety about having to meet about my case. I just receiv...ed my discharge notice which speaks to the dedication he has to his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Tom Hensel for any law matters regarding bankruptcy; you could not be in better hands.
