Simple and EASY!

This was a very easy process all things considered. I did not have to worry about anything. He listened and followed my wishes without a moment’s hesitation. It was a pleasure working with him and relieving some of the stress that comes along with having to file for bankruptcy.

Compassionate and Dedicated

Tom was very compassionate and straightforward with me during my chapter 13. He responded to any questions I had immediately and always remained in contact over the five year course of my bankruptcy. The office was inviting which alleviated my anxiety about having to meet about my case. I just receiv...ed my discharge notice which speaks to the dedication he has to his clients. I HIGHLY recommend Tom Hensel for any law matters regarding bankruptcy; you could not be in better hands.

Excellent attorney! Knowlegable, effective, professional. Don't hesitate, just call him to find out what I mean.

My husband and I are so grateful to Tom for his honesty, expertise and professionalism in helping us file and work through our Chapter 13 case. He was always friendly and readily available by phone or email, answering all of our questions, making us feel like we were in very capable hands during a s...tressful time. Just Received Our Discharge - Thanks to Tom!

5 long years and worth the effort! After a near disastrous relationship with another attorney we were fortunate to hear about Tom and consulted with him to take over our case. His efficiency, kindness and professionalism was refreshing and allowed us to trust that we had found the right man for the... job. As the process neared the end Tom kindly tolerated my numerous emails and inquires, understanding that I was fearful of something going wrong. Nothing went wrong, everything played out exactly as Tom had counseled us, and we are on our way to living a debt free life! Thanks Tom!

Dependable and Non-Judgemental

Tom Hensel is, without a doubt, a highly professional and very patient attorney. When I met with him, I had already received legal advice from another firm who left me frightened, anxious and embarrassed - wondering to the point of how do people "afford" to file bankruptcy? Tom eased my fears, hel...ped me to understand the process and explained every detail from start to finish. He made me feel like he had my best interest at heart - did not judge - kept me informed, and promptly responded to my emails. I "am" very satisfied with the assistance and would not hesitate referring you to others. It's because of Tom that I get a fresh new start - and I am extremely grateful for that!
