I have been working with Raj from quite long time. He have very strong knowledge in immigration and how to handle the RFEs with respect to H-1B, PERM. He takes time and studies clearly what CIS is expecting and comes back with right ideas and requirements to satisfy/fullfill the response. Even if ...any case is denied or requesting for more information, he does good job of finding the reasons for denial and prepares a good strong reasons where you can get straight approval without any further issues. Raj has helped me in getting approval for very complex RFE with this good knowledge and presenting all facts in a good document to CIS. Raja helped me to get my EB2 conversion. I had a Bsc and b.ed from India and working in IT. I had eb3 from 2006, but dates are not moving. My previous attorney filed EB 2 but got denied stating no single source degree. Raj helped me to properly draft the minimum requirement and worked with evaluator ...to show that my b.ed itself a single source bachelor degree and successfully ported the i140 and interfiled. My 485 got approved last week. His office helped and to get 140 approval and answered 485 rfe for medical, 325 and employement authorization. Raja is knowledgeable and he knows how to present the case. I strongly recommend.
