I have been working with Raj from quite long time. He have very strong knowledge in immigration and how to handle the RFEs with respect to H-1B, PERM. Recently i changed my employer and applied for H1-b transfer under Premium. After few days my case got denied by Immigration officer stating i am not eligible to apply under cap exempt. Rajaguru immediately reacted and replied with rules and explained am i eligible to immigration officer and contact...ed them in phone. after few days my denied petition got reopened for reconsideration. after two hours it changed to reopened and finally it changed to approved.
