Raja helped me to get my EB2 conversion. I had a Bsc and b.ed from India and working in IT. I had eb3 from 2006, but dates are not moving. My previous attorney filed EB 2 but got denied stating no single source degree. Recently i changed my employer and applied for H1-b transfer under Premium. After few days my case got denied by Immigration officer stating i am not eligible to apply under cap exempt. Rajaguru immediately reacted and replied with rules and explained am i eligible to immigration officer and contact...ed them in phone. after few days my denied petition got reopened for reconsideration. after two hours it changed to reopened and finally it changed to approved. I approached immlaws for filing an appeal of my I-140 denial (for ability to pay) which was field by another law office. When I received notification from my employer already 33 days was over. I was in 7 year on H1B. Previous attorney mentioned that we can file another petition as the labor was expi...red and it can be used within 180 days.
