Recently i changed my employer and applied for H1-b transfer under Premium. After few days my case got denied by Immigration officer stating i am not eligible to apply under cap exempt. Rajaguru immediately reacted and replied with rules and explained am i eligible to immigration officer and contact...ed them in phone. after few days my denied petition got reopened for reconsideration. after two hours it changed to reopened and finally it changed to approved. We were extremely lucky to have Guru represented us in a fairly complex immigration status filing. Now I am very happy that I did not go with murthy thank god. The amount he charged me is very less $1000; physically I visited his office 4 times before my case resolved. I do not remember how many times I called to his cell phone (because my issue was critical personally he gave me his cell number, if anything goes wrong he can come and represent me) in the weekend also he use to text me for my questions.
