There are some good lawyers and some great ones. Good lawyers would try their best for the benifit of their clients. But great lawyers go above and beyond. I can say Raj Sir is one of the great attorneys in his field. My journey with him started in october 2015. At that time, my H1 B has been denied ...along with some status complications though it has been filed by a reputed attorney and he suggested the only thing I can do was to go back to my home country. As a last hope I met with Raj sir and he showed me a way to get out of my situation which worked pretty well. I spoke with my employer and filed my H1 B again this year through Raj Sir and it proved to be the best decision I have ever taken. Mine is a premium processing case and I have received an RFE in May 2016. He answered the RFE in June but there has been no update on the case even after a month even though it is a premium processing case. Raj Sir took time to speak with USCIS representative and fix the issues in his best ability and I finally got the approval today. I trusted him and he was worth the trust. All is well that ends well. I recommend him for all immigration matters.

I am glad to write a review about my attorney Rajaguru Nalliah. He is one among the very few attorney's in the United states who keeps updated information about all the evolving laws and amendments carried out in the immigration arena. Very resourceful when it comes to handling immigration cases... even if there is a lot of complexities involved. He was associated with a lot of firms that I have worked in the past. In all of those firms that he represented, there had been none of the employees that got their fresh or renewal of their H1 (non-immigrant petitions) to denial. He has a great acumen for responding to the RFE's raised by USCIS and have always got an approval in time. As goes without saying he has represented a whole lot of clients for employment based immigration petitions (Green card) and obtained Labor Certification(Department of Labor) at the first shot without getting into any kind of audit or denials. He willingly accepts helping the clients in case of need by providing his contact details and tries his best to provide support even in the off time hours. His office does co-ordination with USCIS processing centers/ Lock Box centers in case if the petition gets stuck and when there are no status updates available about the petition. Lastly he is a great individual with a high degree of commitment to his profession in rendering the immigration services to the clients. Hiring his office and seeking his expertise for representing your firm/case would save a lot of time and effort to get timely immigration benefits.

We were extremely lucky to have Guru represented us in a fairly complex immigration status filing. Guru represented us and obtained the desired result in a most efficient manner.I explained to Guru how my situation was extremely delicate, not to mention short on time. He works deligently, responsibly... and in timely fashion. He has great communication skills and made sure to convey clearly all the possible things that could go wrong and could go right with my immigration issues. I don’t want to give more details of my issue, I simply say I was on OS. He solved my case and gave me second life living in US. Before going to Guru I contacted with murthy firm, for 20 mins conversation I had paid $200. When I spoke with the attorney at murthy, I did not had too many questions. After my call completion I got another dozens of questions, if I have to call murthy again I have to make an appointment and need to pay $200. Now I am very happy that I did not go with murthy thank god. The amount he charged me is very less $1000; physically I visited his office 4 times before my case resolved. I do not remember how many times I called to his cell phone (because my issue was critical personally he gave me his cell number, if anything goes wrong he can come and represent me) in the weekend also he use to text me for my questions. In all my 4 visits I asked how much I have to pay you Sir (Guru)! Simply smiled and told me, don’t worry let me solve this and will ask you. I have no words to express my happiness.

I approached immlaws for filing an appeal of my I-140 denial (for ability to pay) which was field by another law office. When I received notification from my employer already 33 days was over. I was in 7 year on H1B. Previous attorney mentioned that we can file another petition as the labor was expi...red and it can be used within 180 days. Raja helped me to refile I-140 with same labor and required documentation to pass the ability to pay test. Petition was approved. Raj is very knowledgeable. I strongly recommend.
