In my case, Mr. Gandzeier requested we move my case to another county because I was filing an out-of-state reinstatement driving privileges and it was going to just help add to a better outcome. After 17 years i thought i would never get my license back. But after calling Mr. Granzeier and doing what he asked of me (although very difficult) He got my full license back.
