Pay the piper, it sucks, but it's a whole lot nicer having your license again. Mr. Gandzeier will give you the time you need on the phone. He may also request additional services to be met for your case to have the best outcome. In my case, Mr. Gandzeier requested we move my case to another county because I was filing an out-of-state reinstatement driving privileges and it was going to just help add to a better outcome. Whatever circumstances may be needed for the best results in your case, just do it. Just do it! You want to win, right? I can't stress it enough, you are going to pay the piper. Mr Granzeier was extremely knowledgeable and very specific in explaining to me what I needed to do in preparation for my case. He did so well with my initial case that I hired him again when it was time to have my device removed from my car and he did just as well the second time. He prepared me wel...l for the hearing and I knew what to expect going in. He was well known and respected by the hearing officers and was able to tell me what to expect from them both times we appeared. I have friends who have hired less expensive lawyers, their lawyers did not give them nearly as much guidance and didn’t even seem to understand what was required as far as the letters that need to be written goes, needless to say, their hearings didn’t go well for them.
