Michael James Granzeier

Mike represented me today, 5/26/17. Given my circumstances, I truly believe my odds became more favorable having Mike as my attorney. He seemed to pay great attention to detail, and he was very precise and organized. My two favorite things were 1. He not only explained the proper way to do or say som...ething, he also explained WHY what he is telling you is appropriate. And 2. I felt comfortable talking to him. To me, that is extremely important as honestly is possible without judgement. Mike was efficient at making phone calls to me, as well as returning my within a timely matter. This avoided much worry for me. Mike told me everything I could do to help my case. He was more than helpful. If for some reason needed, I would hire him again. As well as highly recommend him to others. I cannot thank him enough.

If you're reading this, there's a strong possibility that you know how difficult and stressful it can be to not have a driver's license. It's something in the back of your mind day and night. I didn't have one for many years after my second DUI in Michigan. Once I was eligible, I still didn't appl...y because it is possible, although extremely undesirable, to get by without one. I hadn't lived in Michigan for 7 years, but knew that as I was finishing my Ph.D., it was well beyond the time to put this behind me. I contacted many lawyers; both in my state of Virginia and in Michigan, but none of them seemed interested in taking my case. Then I stumbled upon some reviews of Mr. Granzeier. After having gone through the process, it's clear that navigating the system on my own was never really an option. Mr. Granzeier walks you through the process and is diligent about making sure that your reinstatement request gives you the best chance possible for getting your license back. You will have to do what seems to be a significant amount of work, especially if you're balancing multiple commitments in your life. But Mr. Granzeier clearly defines the objectives, and when you should meet them. If you have questions, you can call his office and talk directly to him. If, on the off chance you can't reach him, he will call you back right away (the same day for me), no matter where he is or what he's doing. Also, if you email him, he'll respond within hours. I will recommend his services to anyone I meet in a similar circumstance. In fact, I wish someone would have recommended him to me years ago. I lost my license in 2001, and with the vast expertise of Mr. Granzeier on my side, I now have full driving privileges after my first attempt at obtaining them.

My case was a tough case. I was denied a license after 10 years of safe, no contact with the law, restricted driving after 2 DUIs. So I decided to appeal and was referred to Michael Granzeier. The first phone call I will never forget. He put me at ease, told me they cant do that to you, your being ra...ilroaded. He also mentioned his credentials, one witch involved serving on a legislative committee concerning OUR rights with respect to the alcohol interlock device. Through the entire process he remained in constant contact. I NEVER was unable to reach him, or get a call back that day. In fact Mr. Granzeier . was usually the one calling me making sure we had everything we needed for this case. The day of the hearing, naturally I was nervous. But after reading Mr. Garnzeier's presentation , I was put at ease. He countered ever argument with well thought out rebuttals. I knew I had a winner. The hearing was very short based on a very skilled, thought out, arranged testimony on behalf of my lawyer Michael Granzeier. The other side tried to explain there position , but was immediately shut down by the judge. Full driving privileges!!! After court that day I received a call from Mr. Granzeier. Stating that he got back to his office and he had filed the necessary paper work so I would receive my paper work from the state ASAP. Justice was Served!!! I can say that Michael Granzeier is diligent professional who really does take the job of helping you very, very seriously. I've unfortunately had to deal with lawyers in the past. Never have I had one Like Mr. Granzeier. Just cant say enough!!! Thank you Michael!!

Mr. Granzeier is the best Attorney experience I have ever encountered. I spoke with him on dozens of occasions about my case, almost every time I called, I spoke directly to him. He was always prompt to return my calls. I felt very informed about all of the details of my case at all times. Mr Granzei...er's professionalism is the best I have ever seen.
