Michael James Granzeier

I went into Mr Granzeier's office in June 2013 facing a 20 year felony. After talking with him for a few minutes I decided to retain him as my Attorney and am very thankful that I did. He was very knowledgable about the law and the charges that I had against me. Although the Police had quite a bit of... evedince against me proving my guilt, Mr Granzieier somehow got the Police, the Prosecuter, and even the victim in my corner and to make a long story short he got my charge of a 20 year felony knocked down to a Misdemeanor with NO jail time. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! So here it is in October 2013, and today was my sentencing date and instead of being in jail I am here at my home writing this review. My case was a tough case. I was denied a license after 10 years of safe, no contact with the law, restricted driving after 2 DUIs. So I decided to appeal and was referred to Michael Granzeier. The first phone call I will never forget. He put me at ease, told me they cant do that to you, your being ra...ilroaded. He also mentioned his credentials, one witch involved serving on a legislative committee concerning OUR rights with respect to the alcohol interlock device. Through the entire process he remained in constant contact. I NEVER was unable to reach him, or get a call back that day. In fact Mr. Granzeier . was usually the one calling me making sure we had everything we needed for this case. The day of the hearing, naturally I was nervous. But after reading Mr. Garnzeier's presentation , I was put at ease. He countered ever argument with well thought out rebuttals. I knew I had a winner. The hearing was very short based on a very skilled, thought out, arranged testimony on behalf of my lawyer Michael Granzeier. The other side tried to explain there position , but was immediately shut down by the judge. Full driving privileges!!! After court that day I received a call from Mr. Granzeier. Stating that he got back to his office and he had filed the necessary paper work so I would receive my paper work from the state ASAP. Justice was Served!!! I can say that Michael Granzeier is diligent professional who really does take the job of helping you very, very seriously. I've unfortunately had to deal with lawyers in the past. Never have I had one Like Mr. Granzeier. Just cant say enough!!! Thank you Michael!!
