Michael James Granzeier

When I hired Mr. Granzeier he was a excellent attorney, I would recommend him if you want your drivers license reinstated. He told me he set up the perfect case for me, all of the evidence was correct as it should be and he makes sure you are ready for the hearing before the hearing date. Even thou...gh I went up there and everything was correct which is the letters, medical statement, request for hearing packet, AA slips, etc. the hearing officer found an excuse to deny me. I was going for my restricted drivers license and I didn't get it. So after he denied me we took this case to the Circuit Court, and we found a different attorney to represent me near my area. A few months later, had another Court hearing and the Judge was so respectful and caring she offered me my full driving privilege's. After that I have no worries now and most of all I don't have to rely on anyone to drive me to places anymore.

One of the best attorney's around. I hired him after going through two other attorney's saying they couldn't help me. I would have had to wait a year to restore my license with the Secratary of State. I appealed their desicion with circuit court and received a restricted licenses with no interlock. H...e leaves no details out and executes everything that is pertinent to the case. He also explains how the case will be addressed for the hearing. If you want to increase your odds to be treated fairly, this is your guy. I would recommend him to anyone that needs an attorney. Not all attorney's have a lot of experience in circuit court, he does.

Mr. Granzeier is a dedicated and a very proficient lawyer in helping me obtain my license back after being revoked for dui. He is very knowledgeable and without him I don't think I would have had my driving license restored. He not only got my license back but he continues to help if there are any ot...her problems that might arise. I definitely recommend him and highly encourage it if you have lost your license.

My first attempt Mr. Granzeier got me a restricted license! I had a DUI causing serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of an accident. I was so scared to go to my hearing but Mr. Granzeier prepped me for what to expect at the hearing. I was without a license for ten years because I was so afraid... to go through with my hearing. Everything looked so bad to me in black and white. Mr. Granzeier made sure I had everything in order. He meticulously goes over your paper work ensuring everything is perfect. I’m so glad I chose him to represent me. My first try the hearing officer granted me interlock for a year. After being without a license for so long, I’m grateful for that. I lost my license back in February 2013 and hired Mike the following month.. Mike took me through the process in detail what was going to be expected of me in order to get a restricted license with an interlock device in my car.. He was with me step by step and made himself available to talk around m...y work schedule, which sometimes meant at 3 am... When we finally went for my hearing mike got me the best restricted license one can have with an interlock device....I hired mike again for my next hearing the following year. Again he was with me step by step and my paperwork was extremely detailed to perfection. At my hearing Mike got my driving privileges restored and I now have full driving privledges back!!
