Dianne is impossible to contact is never determined is lacking highly in defense strategy. I was incarcerated at the time when i had court in another county and she neglecting to set up my attendance to the hearing resulting in my being issued a bench warrant for contempt of court. When I was release...d from the jail I was in i was reincarnated by the county that had a bench warrant for me for 100+ days because she couldn't and wouldn't do her job and get the charge dropped it wasn't until I hired a new attorney that I was put within three weeks and the only reason it took that long was because the court was so backed up I couldn't get before the judge any sooner. She is uncompassionate she is unreliable she is negligent and will do only the very least in your defense. She even tried to pressure me into accepting a terrible plea when she knew I was seeking a new attorney threatening the offer would no longer be on the table unless I accepted now. She only ever showed up on the date of court other than that contact for going over your case was sparse and when she did show up she lacked any care for your situation it was clear that your case was only a paycheck and she wouldn't do anything more than necessary In your defense

I wish I could hire diane for my case,but I am on dissabiliy so it looks like the propert owner will get away with his abuse. I have since moved from property and its been flagged as unliveable. Due to my income I can't afford to hire an attorney and looks like the landlord of premises will get away ...with harming a disabled person. It isn't fair due to I got evidence and witnesses.

Diane was court appointed for my, now, son. She was prompt, very well vursed, and always oganized. Paying close attention to details, I could count on her for all of the information and more! We were also quite pleased to have someone family orientated. She was happy to hear/share stories about the f...amily and my kids loved to see her:-) An all around great person!
