Great family lawyer
Diane handled my divorce for me and although it wasn't contentious it was complicated and Diane was patient and encouraging throughout the process. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a family services lawyer.

Stay AWAY!!
I procured Ms. Kay's services in an ugly child custody case. She did not keep me informed, make a witness list, submit evidence and tried to convince me to take a really horrible offer from my ex-boyfriend "because it was the best I could hope for"

Replied last October 24, 2013I am sorry that you were not able to get your desired outcome of your child custody matter. To protect clients, it is a policy not to discuss details of individual cases. I will, however, respond that there are instances when it important for an attorney to advise a client when their objective is unrealistic or unachievable. This is the role of the counselor in "Attorney and Counselor"
