She is uncompassionate she is unreliable she is negligent and will do only the very least in your defense. She even tried to pressure me into accepting a terrible plea when she knew I was seeking a new attorney threatening the offer would no longer be on the table unless I accepted now. She only ever showed up on the date of court other than that contact for going over your case was sparse and when she did show up she lacked any care for your situation it was clear that your case was only a paycheck and she wouldn't do anything more than necessary In your defense

Ms. Kay was always on top of the most current law, and how it affected my outcome. She was always available, or she would get back to me as quickly as possible.
