Biography
Leadership, knowledge and respect are the characteristics I believe most clients want from their lawyer -- especially when seeking advice on a major personal or business matter. I am committed to exercising leadership in both traditional cases and in innovative, out-of-court processes. I view an excellent outcome as one that not only serves and protects the client during a difficult time but one that helps the client approach the future on the best possible footing.
Clients often say they are looking for an agressive lawyer. If "aggressive" means determined and committed to serving the client's interests, then that's a description I identify with. When "aggressive" is equated with rude or oppositional behavior, in my experience, that type of conduct rarely produces the best possible outcome for the client. Leadership and a proactive, personalized approach are the hallmarks of my practice.

Amazing Attorney
Denise stays on top of things and she communicates well with her clients. She is very very bright and wonderful at keeping the peace and yet being firm with her cases. She represented me and I would refer her over and over and over again without hesitation. Very intelligent lady. One of the best.
