Dan Is THE MAN

I retained Dan Geherin to defend against two criminal charges after having made a mistake by hiring a less than stellar attorney in the area. Hiring a good attorney can make a world of difference, as I soon learned. But let's be honest, Mr. Geherin is not a good attorney, he is a GREAT one. Dan fi...rst worked skillfully to handle the machinations of a state prosecutor's office that was clearly discombobulated and seemed to lack any good sense or rational thought. Dan then combined his hard work, knowledge of the law and superlative trial abilities to beat the two ridiculous criminal charges against me. It has been said many times before, Dan is "the man", and nothing could be truer in this case.

Dan is a benefactor of my life

I hired Dan for my charged DV case. I and my fiancee just discussed and I didn't employ any violence on her. Unfortunately, however, it was held at midnight and at public place. Somebody called 911 and I was arrested by police. Then I needed to stay at jail for two days. Of course, my fiancee di...dn't wish my arrest. It was very tough time for tow of us. Dan understood everything what was happened and showed me a road map for win with taking account of every possibilities. He also didn't forget I am not a citizen and which way is the best consequence for me. He always prepared enough for everything and immediately shared with me. His atmosphere -being confident- really made me feel relieved. Four months later, I and Dan shook our hands in the courthouse to celebrate our win. The judge found no guilty in the case. I really appreciate Dan's professional jobs and warm support. Trust Dan! Dan always gives you the best consequence for your case.

No Stone Unturned

In a recent very difficult license restoration process, Dan's in-depth knowledge of the system, combined with his superb organizational skills, and-most important-his willingness to go "the extra mile" for his client led to a gratifying, successful conclusion. Excellent Criminal Defense Attorney

Dan Geherin is an excellent attorney - don't hesitate to hire this professional. Dan is straight forward and a progressive thinker. Collaboration with client and family was impressive.
