Review for Brain Montoye
Brian is a very knowledgeable, upfront lawyer. We had no surprises. He educated us on the process regarding our son's driving issue. He is very professional, put us at ease, and did what he said. I don't know what more you would want from an attorney.
"I endorse this lawyer. As a former prosecutor, I have first hand knowledge of the zealous defense that Brian puts up for his clients. Not only is he an amazing attorney, but he and his firm offer an excellent service to their clients. Brian was always the first one at the Courthouse in order to ensure that his clients were handled right away and it is those details that set him above the rest."
"I endorse Mr. Montoye without reservation. Recently, a client faced investigations from his employer and from the police. Mr. Montoye made time to see the client soon after I called. After listening carefully, Brian gave the client a clear explanation of the law and the possible consequences he faced. After we left the office, the client told me, "I know I could be in trouble but I feel better after meeting Brian." The client's trust was well-placed. Mr. Montoye worked quickly, investigated the facts, and used his knowledge of the law and understanding of the nearby law enforcement and prosecuting agencies. As a result, the client was not charged with any crimes. Based on my experience, I believe that Mr. Montoye would do excellent work for a person facing charges that involve business dealings, the handling of finances, or any other crime."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Montoye is extremely knowledgable in the criminal law, and his courtroom skills are exceptional. Additionally, he is polite, professional, and caring--he can be counted on to look out for his clients' interests."
"Our law firm hired Mr. Montoye due to his excellent reputation in the community; we couldn't be happier with our decision. Mr. Montoye is a top-notch criminal defense attorney. He is dilligent, aggressive and very skilled in his field. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone looking for the highest quality representation in the area of criminal defense."
