Professional Gestures

On my behalf, the circumstances surrounding my case has been one that's extended well over a decade, far beyond what can only be defined as its intended life expectancy. Nonetheless, my case at hand has revolved around the penalization of two OWI's back in the early 2000's, and the harsher particular... of my sentencing was understandably the consequence of having my license revoked. Despite meeting all court ordered obligations, maintaining a clean slate, and obtaining sober clarity since the last incident, back in 2007, as with anyone's existence, life became fraught with financial obstacles, and there for lead to the deferral of my case being unresolved, and ongoing. A process that has lingered, and in that time has required me to call upon Mr. Geherin on several occasions, while making him an intricate and viable asset throughout the whole process. With that said, in the beginning, when the time came for me to pursue vindication for my youthful and irresponsible acts, I was referred to Mr. Geherin by a close friend of mine who had acquired his services for herself years prior. In our conversations about him, she stated how he was compassionate to her plight, how he legitimately analyzed and presented her case when duly required, how he supported and validated her goals throughout the process, and above all, maintained a stature of utter competency and professionalism. All these accounts where favorable in her experience with him, and with not having any experience employing a lawyer, I took her word for it and sought after his services. Needless to say, Mr. Geherin, upheld all those fundamental aspects that my friend so emphatically declared to me on his behalf. I've never, not once, regretted, nor have I ever questioned my decision to obtain Mr. Geherin's services surrounding the legal parameters of my case. In every conversation I'd have with him, upon conclusion, I'd be left with a revival of hope, and a sense of resolve to see the matters through; and when it came to the hearings, when I required the employ of his service and expertise in person, he pleaded my case with conviction, and the judgments where always favorable, and most certainly beneficial in the strengthening of my case. In spite of all that though, the process of going through such a state of affairs pertaining to the legal system can be quite taxing, and it does take its toll on you emotionally. Another aspect of Mr. Geherin I'd like to accentuate on, is that on a few occasions, I will admit, having reached a demoralized state, emotional and disheartened, I'd contact Mr. Geherin pleading for some advice on how to move forward, and in those circumstances, an attentive and empathetic individual would be there to discuss the reality of the there and now, while at the same time also emphasizing that the overall culmination of the whole experience was the focal point, and not to get discouraged from that foresight by the setbacks. From my experience with Mr. Geherin, as you may have gathered, has been one that's been truly constructive, supportive, and encouraging. I would not hesitate for one moment in referring him to a member of my family, to my friends, acquaintances, or even a stranger. In my opinion, he's well worth the effort to pursue, however, please don't just take my word for it, contact him for yourself, have a conversation, and I guarantee you'll instantly get that ambience of character that I've so articulated in this review.

Listen to me, Choose Dan!! He is the Man!

I recently was charged with an OWI, after blowing 0.11. The fears set in, and my mind was racing..jail time, parole, loosing my license.. my mind was spinning. As a health care professional, It was very important to me that this would not be on my record. I started doing my research. Who would be th...e best person to defend me? Would it be the judges brother? A good ol boy from town? Or someone from the Ann Arbor who has an excellent record and knows how to get things done? Ultimately, I knew If I wanted to walk away from this without regrets I had to be all in. Thankfully, I found Dan On this website. After our first phone call, I knew I would choose him. All the other lawyers could basically guarantee they could get me to a lesser OWI but they never even asked the story. DAN DID, and he listened. He had a game plan. Dan was extremely professional and him and Stephanie, his paralegal, had excellent communication. Because of my background, the situation, and Dan's excellent defense, I walked away with a Careless driving and a few civil infarctions. I can not thank Dan enough and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

DWI Case Resolution
