Knows his stuff!

Dan was very attentive to my case. Every time I had a question he answered me within minutes, even on the weekend. Many would consider mine a “minor” case and several people said I would be fine with a free public dependent. But when dealing with the judicial system, I found that things can go wron...g! I am so glad I hired Dan to defend me and am absolutely positive that he did things that a public defender would not have done to make sure my case was dismissed. I can’t thank Dan enough and would recommend him to anyone who needs a good lawyer.

In need of a lawyer in September 2022 my husband found Dan Geherin on line and were impressed by what we saw in his video presentations. Felony Case Plead to Misdemeanor and Probation

Dan was amazing to work with from day one. He was the first lawyer I contacted about my case, and after shopping around the price and experience practicing law won me over. I started with an active arrest warrant on a felony charge, and within a day of hiring Dan the warrant was dismissed and pap...erwork was filed to get me in front of a judge. From there on, I was walked through each step, advised on my best options and ended up with a misdemeanor, some probation, and community service. This man helped me avoid 5 years in prison and $10,000 in fines. I won't be going anywhere else for any future legal advice or services.
