Biography
Daniel J. DeBene is a senior attorney who represents clients throughout Michigan. Daniel DeBene is recognized by peers and was selected to Rising Stars for 2013 – 2022. Being selected to Rising Stars is limited to a small number of attorneys in each state. He primarily represents clients with Family Law issues, including but not limited to divorce, custody, parenting time, and support. Daniel is and always has been a proud resident of Michigan. He attended De La Salle Collegiate Collegiate High School in Warren. He attended Western Michigan University where he graduated with honors and was a double major in sociology and communications. Thereafter, he attended University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and graduated in 2010, cum laude. Daniel DeBene passed the bar exam and was admitted to legal practice in 2010.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife Amanda and his rescue dog Opie. In his down time, Daniel enjoys playing guitar, hockey, and golf.
