Biography

I started my own law practice in May 2011 and have been servicing clients in the Metro Detroit area ever since. I have a varied general practice but specialize in the following areas:

Criminal Defense- All Misdemeanor and Felony cases including Operating while intoxicated, Retail Fraud, Possession of Analogues, Embezzlement/Larceny Crimes, Possession of Marijuana, Minor in Possession of Alcohol, Disorderly Conduct/Person, Malicious Destruction of Property, Driving While License Suspended, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, and Reckless Driving.
Civil Infractions-All traffic tickets and citations including Speeding, Careless Driving, Disobeying a Traffic Signal, Failure to Stop Assured and Clear Distance, PBT Refussal, and all other moving & non-moving violations.
Landlord/Tenant Cases
Document Review
Small Estate Planning- Wills, Durable and Medical Power of Attorney
Family Law- My firm handles Divorce, child custody and family law cases.
Personal Injury
Termination of Probation- I handle the motion and court hearing pertaining to early termination of Probation cases.
DLAD- License restoration cases.
Expungement- My office can help facilitate the removal of a conviction from your criminal record If you are eligible. My partner has been successful on these type of cases.

I predominately practice throughout the Tri-County Area of Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland counties. Also, practice in St. Clair, Ingham, and Genesee counties.

Macomb County courts include; Warren (37th), Center Line (37th), Eastpointe (38th), Roseville (39-A), St. Clair Shores (40th), Shelby Township (41-A), Sterling Heights (41-A), New Baltimore (42nd), and Romeo (42nd).
