Ms. Wagner was extremely helpful in a very difficult time in my life. She truly was a wonderful advocate for myself and my children. First let me say, thank you. This law firm is blessed to have such a great group of attorneys! At such emotional points in life, people need well educated and compassionate people(like Ashleigh Wagner) working for them, being their voice of reason. Not everyone knows how to help themselves threw such... desperate and emotional times(i.e. divorce, custody, ect) and thats why we count on our attorneys knowing and practicing the current laws and rules in a professional manner. This law firm has some of the best people i could have ever imagined working alongside eachother. Not only was my case strangely unique but also it was a mess ! I will spare the technical mumbo jumbo and just simple say this... 8 years ago things slipped threw the cracks, bringing me to the current day mess that presented itself. I give the glory first to God for guiding me to the law firm of Victoria, and then i give my praise to Ashleigh Wagner for further educating me while the process was going on. She also kept in good communication and helped me understand all of our options and outcomes of each court date we attended. Truly i can not express how much she put my mind at ease throughout the whole process. Not everyone will have an open and shut case(i sure didn't), so by no means am i saying "hire these guys and you will automatically get what YOU want" I am simply saying if you want a fair, honest, understood, competent and compassionate person as your voice in court, then defiantly consider this your first call. They will educate you about your case as well as the laws that are involved. They give the facts, and present your case in a very professional manner. I'm very pleased to say that my attorneys knew the laws, researched furthermore, and i walked out of court today a very happy mother, who simply wants nothing more in life than to NOT FAIL at being the best mom i can be. I have standards or morals i live by... treat others how you would like to be treated. And PAY IT FORWARD-- meaning, respond to a person's kindness to you by being kind to someone else. Its like hot potato, do something nice for a stranger and then expect nothing in return except that stranger will do something kind for the next person. With that said, i have received so much kindness given to me in this dark time that i had to seek help from an attorney. I had made new friends and people who have been very uplifting.
