Hired- very nice guy

Hired him to help with a driving without ever receiving a license. He took care of everything. I didn't even have to go to court. He kept me updated on everything that was going on and was very nice

Muy buen abogado

Muy buen abogado me ayudó con un tiket de no licencia en el estado de indiana me llevaron a la carcel pero se movió rápido y el mismo día me sacaron de ai y me pude regresar a nc el se encargó de todo el caso asta q me retiraran todos los cargos se llevo in poco de tiempo pero muy buen trabajo lo rec...omiendo

Highly recommended

I gave Attorney Benitez my trust, and he delivered. Attorney Benitez was diligent and communicative throughout the entire process. I needed someone who was confident and talented enough going to trial. His questioning during deposition was excellent and intuitive. I can tell he is well respe...cted in the legal community. He negotiated a tremendous plea agreement on my behalf. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend Attorney Benitez to anyone in need.

Effective & Trustworthy Attorney

As an attorney, I had certain expectation for my counsel. Mr. Benitez exceeded those expectations. He was diligent, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable about family law. With the help of Mr. Benitez, I was able to get more parenting time with my daughter ! Thank you! Although I hope not to ne...ed another family law attorney in the future, there is no doubt that I would hire Mr. Benitez should the need ever arise again.

Awesome!!!

Mr. Benitez is hands down one of the best attorneys I have come across!. I had gotten a pretty bad bundle of charges due to being intoxicated. I was new to the court process so I was very nervous! When I met Benitez, and the team he works for, they eased my nerves knowing they had much expierence and... that I could count on them to help defend me! Mr. Benitez is smart, quick, realistic and bilingual! Come in and out the court room in little time with the best response! Got my case dismissed with the help of Benitez and I couldn't thank him enough!!!
