Best lawyer!

I definitely recommend attorney Benitez! he is polite, attentive, communicative, hard working, determined ! He honestly treats you like family and makes sure to get you out of trouble and finds the best solution for you. he helped me with three of my cases. he was able to get one dismissed, one was a... car accident where he was able to provide immediate assistance for me and my family. The third incident he was able to get the case put into a minor solution instead of having a bigger consequence. I honestly would recommend Benitez for anyone who is seeking help with problems with the law or trying to get cases finished and resolved quickly. Benitez makes sure to update you and provide feedback and is 100% honest with what can happen before or after you show up to court pleading guilty or not. he is one of the best attorneys I have met.

A lawyer with compassion and love for his profession

I recommend confidently the services of Lawyer Benitez. He helped me and my family in one of the hardest processes in our lives. Thankfully his staff at his office are as great as he is. He fought for our case just like we were his family members.

Absolute best lawyer in Indiana

I hired him several months ago for a small case in bartholomew county. With several priors behind me, he still managed to get it deferred and thrown out. He was absolutely astounding at his job. Very hands on very caring and made sure to the best of his ability I didn't feel the stress of the situati...on. 10/10 would hire him again no contest. If you've got legal issues in the areas that he practices this is your attorney!!
