I sent out a few probes to a handful of lawyers on Avvo on the Sunday before my Tuesday hearing. I was pressed for time and needed consultation and representation quickly. Marc called me within a few minutes and gathered some information and quickly was moving along with a plan. From my experience, it is very difficult to understand when and what to expect. They used their knowledge to inform me of how things would happen, what was likely to happen, and were honest when it was difficult to say what might be expected. In the end, Marc and his team were able to get my case dismissed. Like before, this was circumstantial to my case. But it wasn't luck, it was Marc's knowledge and experience and planning. I really do not believe I could have reached this resolution with another attorney.

In April 2016, I was arrested for a DUI - first ever. Still hard to believe that I ended up in that position. The morning I was released, I began searching for attorneys. I had left a message for the first one who came up in my search engine – and Marc was actually the 2nd attorney I called – it was ...7am in the morning – and he answered his phone. He talks fast and was VERY matter of fact with EVERYTHING I needed to do in order to put this all behind me. Marc never pushed me or forced me to do anything I didn't want to do - he was definitely in support and in service of whatever I wanted to do regarding my case. He is BUSY - but that is because he is such a remarkable attorney, and overall, a genuinely NICE human being. Frankly, I have never cared for attorneys because I feel that they talk down to people - I never once felt that way with Marc.
