Brendan Patrick Rodman

Brendan P. Rodman is a partner at Messner Reeves LLP's Greenwood Village location, where he concentrates his legal practice on insurance defense and litigation.

Drawing on more than two decades of legal experience, Brendan guides clients through every stage of the litigation process — from discovery and depositions to mediation, trial, and appellate proceedings. He has built a reputation in first- and third-party insurance matters, known for thorough preparation, sound strategy, and composure in the courtroom.

Prior to his current role, Brendan held positions as a principal, partner, and managing attorney at several Colorado law firms, where he concentrated on complex insurance defense litigation.

Brendan received his J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law, completing certificate programs in both Comparative and International Law and Public Policy Law. His undergraduate studies were completed at DePauw University, where he earned a B.A. in History.

Brendan is licensed to practice law in Colorado and South Dakota, as well as before the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), serves on the Board of Trustees of the Colorado Bar Foundation, and remains actively involved with the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.
