About me

Accident and injury lawyer for 32 years, serving Cincinnati and southwestern Ohio.  513-421-6688.

I have written about the law, and have lectured assemblies of lawyers throughout Ohio on the art and science of advocacy. Accomplished in my field, I am relied upon for my expertise by local and national media including radio, television and newspapers. I was invited by the Ohio General Assembly to present my legal views concerning the rights of plaintiffs under state law.

I have successfully argued cases in all variety of courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court. Experienced in litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation techniques.

I offer highly personalized representation. Exclusively limited to Ohio accident and injury law, relations with each client are close and individualized. Clashing daily with intransigent insurance companies requires frequent communication for a strong attorney-client relationship.

The multi-billion dollar insurance defense industry will usually ignore, discount or refuse altogether the fair, compensatory damages injured victims expect. I have over three decades of experience helping individuals and families put their lives back together following catastrophe involving severe injuries and death.
