I was invited by the Ohio General Assembly to present my legal views concerning the rights of plaintiffs under state law.
I have successfully argued cases in all variety of courts, including the Ohio Supreme Court. Experienced in litigation, arbitration, mediation and negotiation techniques.

An attorney who really listens
Mr. Gelwicks is not my attorney. However I was in search of a personal injury attorney. I experienced the awful "cattle call screening" that many of the larger firms do and they make very quick judgments about your case and then decide without truly understanding.
