Biography
I have been practicingin the area of medical malpractice for 30 years and have tried cases throughout southern Ohio and Kentucky. I am the past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association and have been listed in Ohio Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America for a number of years.
My practice concentrates on the area of representing patients and their families in medical negligence and personal injury litigation. I am the past president of the Cincinnati Bar Association and current president of Cincinnati Bar Foundation. I am a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and American Board of Trial Advocates and have been listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the area of personal injury litigation for the past twelve years. I am licensed to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky, the federal courts, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
I received my Bachelor of Science Degree from Miami University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. I have been recognized in the Who's Who of American Law, the Who's Who in America, and the Who's Who in the World. I have also been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America in the field of personal injury litigation since 1996.
I am a member of the Order of Barristers, and was cited with a Merit Award by the Ohio Legal Center Institute. I have authored numerous publications on civil litigation and is recognized in Who's Who In American Law.
