Brian Joseph Butler

I made an appointment to consult with attorney Butler and met with Mr. Butler and Mr. Mezibov. Mr. Butler said he would accept my case after I had witnesses come to their office and make sworn statements and pay a $3,000 retainer. I had to approach my witnesses and explain what I needed them to do.... Three witnesses agreed, they called their office for appointments, but never got return phone calls or appointments. They were already wary of getting involved in an employer lawsuit and after they got no appointment, two of them got cold feet and won't give a statement now. Mr. Butler would not return my phone calls or emails and should have told me outright he did not want to take my case.
