Joe Suhre and Mark Wiezorec

Both of these fine lawyers are why I'm DOUBLY-SURE I chose the right lawfirm. I faced two separate DUI-1 charges in 6 months and two states, OH then KY. Mark handled the first in OH, and helped me navigate my way through the confusing bi-state process. I faced no jail-time and regained my license and... driving privileges immediately. The second KY DUI-1 was never connected with the previous, and by a breathalyzer techniality, Joe was able to have the charge dropped to misdemeanors violations. Nothing more than amazing! So, twice I was represented by knowledgeable, well-respected, and compassionate lawyers. Quite a cut-above, without a doubt. I realize that I am VERY lucky to get a second chance at a first offense, and I'm breathing a huge sigh of relief. Now I'm finally able to continue forward and intend to get my drinking habits in check!

Joe Saved My Drivers License

Where should I begin , I cant say enough about the job Joe did on my recent OVI case. He was responsive, Knowledgeable ,and took care of business. This was the second time I worked with Joe and both were good experiences considering the circumstances. Joe made sure I knew everything that was going on... with the case and helped to put my mind at ease. An OVI charge can be a very trying experience having Joe Suhre as my attorney helped me sleep a little easier at night.If found guilty of this charge I was facing 180 days in jail, a 2year license suspension not to mention the fines Joe got the OVI thrown out all together I was found guilty of a marked lanes violation and obstructing official business which was originally resisting arrest and was able to keep my license . Recommend Joe

I came across Joe through a friend of mine and I am so fortunate that I did. Joe represented me on a DUI case and did an excellent job. He was extremely knowledgeable about the law and the system and how to get through it. Although when I received my DUI I created some circumstances that I could no...t get out of my DUI but Joe got me out of other charges that came along with it and got me driving privileges right away. After I did a few required courses Joe got me my license back in 6 months instead of the 2 yr suspension that I should have had. I would recommend Joe to anyone that needs an excellent DUI attorney.

Excellent results.

I have nothing but good things to say about Joe Suhre, and the entire firm. Mr Suhre was nothing but kind and compassionate from the absolute beginning to the end. His knowledge of the law in my case was second to none. He kept me completely informed throughout the duration of my case, letting me kno...w his best advice about my options. I couldn't have chosen a better attorney. I am a professional person and appreciated so much being handled in that manner by Mr Suhre and his firm. I have used this firm twice, and couldn't be happier with the results both times. I have to call Mr Suhre a miracle worker! If there's anything that can be done, he will know it, and he will do it. Top Performing DUI Attourney.....

I recently hired Joe to represent me for a DUI charge in Covington, KY... I wanted to hire an expert in this field and knew from the moment I talked with him that I could count on him. He was the 1st lawyer to call me back regarding my case and actually called me on a Sunday. I was very impressed wi...th the way he handled every detail of my case. From our 1st conversation, to every court appearance his follow up and detail was incredible. In the courtroom his performance is amazing. He was able to cross examine the police officers who pulled me over and due to his sharp questioning and detail my case was lowered and there were no DUI charges filed.
