Outstanding Plea Offer

The day after I received my second OVI in 6 years I was nervously looking for an attorney to help keep me from serving jail time. Joe immediately answered my phone call on a Sunday afternoon and was very helpful. He went into detail of how he was going to go about defending me when he could have just... waited to talk to me until Monday. He took the time out of his weekend to give me some comfort and information that calmed my nerves. I knew I was making the right choice by hiring Joe. Joe was very responsive to the many emails I sent him and no matter how trivial the question was he was there to answer it professionally. The plea offer that I received far exceeded my expectations and I am so very lucky that I had Joe to represent me. Thanks again Joe, you truly are one of the best!

Successful Plea Bargain for OVI Case

The day after I received the OVI, I researched the internet and contacted Joseph Suhre and subsequently, hired him. From that moment on, Joe Suhre was providing me with legal advice and taking care of my case in an outstanding manner. Joe provided me with security in knowing that I would receive th...e best possible representation and the best possible outcome in my case. With Joe at my side at my first court appearance, I observed the respect that the prosecutor and his staff had for Joe. Subsequent court appearance revealed the same respect for Joe from the Judge and his staff. Great help with our DUI case

Attorney Joe Suhre helped my son's DUI case. He handled all the court work for us in preparation of the final trial before the judge working with the prosecutor. He thoroughly researched the case and provided us all the documentation about the police report and also a prior incidence. He was very pro...fessional, organized and responsive to our questions. The Best DUI/OVI Attorney in Cincinnati

From day one Joe was very knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. I hired Joe after receiving my 3rd OVI in 6 years. His knowledge of the laws, his relationship and repetition with the court staff was very impressive. He was able to get my 3 OVI refusal amended to a 1st OVI refusal. With the... 3rd I was looking at 60 days to 1 yr. in jail, 1 to 5 yr. license suspension, ignition interlock, yellow plates, driving privileges after 1 yr. just for work. After Joe worked his magic I have 5 days in jail with 18 house arrest with work privileges. 24/7 driving privileges immediately with ignition interlock with NO yellow plates. Joe has saved my life. I would have lost my jobs if I had received the plates. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. He is the best there is!

Excellent counselor/advocate

Given the circumstances, Joe was a delight to work with. I had heard excellent reviews of him prior to retaining him for an OVI arrest/ALS refusal and he did not disappoint. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the pertinent law and was very reassuring throughout the entire process. It was ...apparent that Joe had a good reputation in the Butler County courtroom (my jurisdiction) and that his reputation played a part in obtaining for me a very favorable outcome. He did a very good job managing my expectations, which was very much appreciated. I would give him my highest recommendation to anyone facing an OVI arrest.
