Honest and Caring

Mr. Tinch is very thorough, honest and caring. He will not just tell you what you want to hear. He puts his heart into his clients cases and fights harder than any other attorney I can think of. For example... I had a case for a traffic violation recently and Mr. Tinch got me the deal i never thought... i could get. No matter what the situation is, if you need legal representation or advice i highly recommend William Mathew Tinch

don't waste your money

I hired Matt because I knew him and I was told that he was supposed to be good. Gave him $1450 and never heard anything. I emailed him several times. Never got a response. I finally emailed him one last time to tell him I wanted my money back. He got in touch with me soon after that. Said he was sorr...y and that he wanted to help me and he wouldn't charge me anymore. He would never get back with me. I had to constantly message and email him. He was supposed to have a publication done for me. The day it was supposed to start I didn't see it in the paper. I called him. He said he would call the next day and let me know. He never did. I messaged him for three weeks with no response. At the end of the third week he finally got back with me. He was also out sick or had personal issues going on. When I finally got a new lawyer. I learned that he had barely done anything for me and what was done wasn't done right. So 6 months of stress and money and nothing to show for it. It put us back and hurt us. I tried to message him in the end for a number that we needed that he had. He never responded. Truly disrespectful and unprofessional. Worst treatment ever. You will regret it if you hire him.

This review written in anonymity has been flagged for obvious reasons. There is no truth to the claims of this client who demanded and received way more attention than similar cases have called for. I encourage everyone to look at all my reviews and endorsements. This review will then be placed in its proper light.

Found my Lawyer for life, just hope I don't have to use him. But he's there just in case.

I've had bad experiences with a couple of lawyers before. So when I was told by the city that I had to hire a lawyer to file a small claims case against State Farm, when the other guy was cited, I was irked. I dragged my feet, cause I was looking for the right lawyer, one that I could trust. I saw th...e big ads from the tv and got the ambulance chasers sending me all their ads. I just didn't trust them at all. Anyway I explained to him that a guy ran a yield in front of me and tried to claim his vehicle was stalling out. He got the citation and was taken to jail on outstanding warrants. State Farm then denied the claim saying that they feel that I was partly to blame for the accident. Though they did not elaborate as to what my part of the accident I played. Matt explained that since I only had liability insurance that it was a ploy by State Farm knowing that I had no lawyer helping me. Then he suggested for the amount of the claim that I would be better off filing the claim in small claims court. The attorneys that I would have paid versus the amount that I would have gotten back from the claim would not be financially smart. I had told him that I tried, but the city told me that I couldn't file a small claim versus an Insurance company. I then asked can't I roll my attorney fees into my court case, since I was being forced to hire an attorney. He said you can, but it's never a guarantee that I would be able to get those fees out of the claim and probably wasn't going to happen in a case where the claim was in the range of small claims. He then excused himself to call my city court. He told to show him the statue which forbid people from filing claims against insurance companies. When he came back, he explained that the city made a mistake and that I could file a claim after all. He then even told me how to file a claim in which I could even get a chance at a default judgement in my favor. I had to go to the secretary of state web site and find the registered agent for State Farm and list him as the defendant as well. He didn't have to do that! Any other lawyer could have taken my $1500 then went to court and won my case for $2000. Then I would still have $1500 in damages to my vehicle. By doing it myself, I can get 100% of my claim to fix my vehicle. He said he's a Christian and prefers to sleep at night with a clear conscientious and I believe him. So much so, that I referred him to my nephew and his ex-girlfriend in a custody case. I wouldn't put family at risk if I thought any different. Ironically my nephews mother and his ex-girlfriend where looking for lawyers and the mother liked a website for lawyers strictly because it looked good to her. DON'T CHOOSE A LAWYER LIKE THAT RESEARCH AND READ REVIEWS. I made that mistake twice. Patrick M.

Great Representation

Two unfortunate incidents led us to Mr. Tinch for representation. As the mother of the child involved in these unfortunate incidents needless to say I was extremely upset and frightened. Mr. Tinch was not only exceptionally professional but equally as caring and understanding. My first telephone con...versation with him lessened my anxiety and fears tremendously. Mr. Tinch provided exceptional legal representation - we were very pleased with the outcome on both cases. He came highly recommended and we too would highly recommend him.
