Andrew P. Connors is an experienced business and intellectual property law attorney. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in the Commonwealth of Virginia, including before the Supreme Court of Virginia. Super Lawyers Magazine named him a Rising Star in Virginia nine years in a row, from 2012-2021. Virginia Business Magazine has also named him a member of its "Legal Elite" in intellectual property law. He is presently on the Board of Governors for the Virginia State Bar Litigation Section. He is also a barrister in the Ted Dalton Inn of Court in Roanoke, Virginia. He previously served as the Vice President of the Montgomery-Radford Bar Association. Before practice, he clerked for two years for Judge William G. Petty at the Court of Appeals of Virginia. In law school, he won several moot court awards and was on the editorial board of the Liberty University Law Review.
In addition to his practice, Mr. Connors is a law professor at Liberty University School of Law, where he teaches courses in intellectual property, trademarks, legal research and writing, and mediation. He is also the director of the Intellectual Property Clinic at the school.
