Biography
I have dedicated my legal career to protecting the interest and rights of those involved in domestic relations, juvenile, criminal, and civil matters. Throughout my career I have advised, and zealously advocated for clients on a broad range of personal matters relating to divorce, dissolution, child custody, shared parenting, asset allocation, spousal support, and post degree motions. I have also aggressively defended individuals in a wide variety of cases which span from misdemeanors to the most serious felonies.
I routinely practice in Butler, Clinton, Greene, Montgomery, and Warren County. However, my legal expertise has given me the privilege to advocate for clients across the state of Ohio. It is my passion and desire to treat every case on a personal level so my clients receive the advice, defense, and peace of mind they deserve.

outstanding!
I retained Mr. Moll to represent me in a custody case. The mother of my daughter did not let me see my child at all even thought I was paying a high amount of child support. I now have full custody of my daughter thanks to his efforts. Mr. Moll was professional, aggressive, and diligent.
