I had met Linda Malek back in 2014 due to some issues and I have to honestly say the term “ Going above and beyond “ is an absolute understatement when it comes to this wonderful lady I have never had anyone show as much care and compassion and dedication as she has done for me and don’t let that be...autiful heart and tiny stature fool you she’s a savage like a little female assassin lol she is on top of her game and fought for me with everything she had and never once made me wait for answers I highly recommend if anyone needs a lawyer you choose her theres no one better I won’t promise you anything I’ll guarantee you that she will make the impossible possible trust me you’ll love this woman

Late on Aug. 15, 2019, I got a call, no parent ever wants to get. My youngest son was calling from a police station because he had been stopped for no tail/license plate lights. Because he admitted to having a couple of drinks, he was asked and cooperated with taking the field sobriety tests and a b...reathalizer. After that, he was charged with OVI first offense. The breathalizer results were .096 My son was due to leave the state in 1 week for college so, after the shock wore off and we learned the consequences of his charge, (even for a 1st offense!), I reached out to Linda in an e-mail. It must have been close to midnight, if not later! I was very surprised with her prompt response time. First thing, that morning, she was calling me. We went to her office that same day and hired her to represent my son. Linda was able to put a suppression motion together, after viewing the video from the officer's cruiser. This resulted in the prosecutor offering a plea deal. My son's OVI-1st offense, was reduced to physical control, involving alcohol. (this is a non-moving violation with 0 points on your license). He was given minimal fines & costs, 6 mos. license suspension (retro to August 15!), 3 days D.I.P, and the judge waived the reinstatement fee to get his license back! Now my son can concentrate on school because he doesn't have this hanging over his head. Thank you, Linda, for giving us our lives back!

As I don’t wish to reveal my information as anyone could understand an OVI scenario to be extremely embarrassing, I did post anonymously to provide this review. Not only embarrassing was this unfortunate situation but the sheer stress that came with it was terrible and quite frankly exhausting. Th...at being said, I consider myself fortunate to not only receive the full dismissal of my OVI case but more importantly to have partnered with Linda Malek and her firm. Trust me when I say that I had researched, contacted and had spoken with multiple attorneys prior to making my decision to move forward with this partnership. Although I was apprehensive about the financial burden that came with hiring an attorney, I can honestly say that she was the only smart decision I made during this entire process, clearly. If you’re reading this review because you’re unfortunately in the same situation I once was, then you may also be thinking to yourself, “gosh, that’s a lot of money, should I go with another more affordable option?” and my answer would be simple if you’re able. It goes back to the old saying that you truly get what you pay for, and in my opinion this is not one of those times to select the “off brand”. Linda Malek specializes in OVI’s, which was one of the main reasons I chose to partner with her. However, what truly set her apart from every other attorney and what solidified my connection is with which I would like to close my review. She said, “I treat every case like it’s my very first” which spoke wonders. I pictured myself graduating law school, passing the bar exam and taking on my very first case well knowing that I’d need to put in the extra time necessary to do the very best job possible. It meant to me that she cared about my personal situation and wanted to provide me the help that I desperately needed in one of the lowest times of my life.

Linda Malek and her team were easy to work with. Linda is honest about your situation and will lay out a path that defines the best results possible. She is passionate about her work and you will see this when working with her and her team. She took my 2nd DUI offense that was a tier 2 high with mand...atory jail time, 1-5 year suspension, SCRAM ankle monitor, etc. and was able to have it reduced to a 1st offense with minimal fines/suspension. She gets back to you in a timely manner and even took my call on Christmas Day to confirm my court date and expectations. Seamless process and great experience given my situation.
