What a great lawyer. When we first went to Linda, she was very open and honest, sat and talked with us and right from the beginning my husband and I were very comfortable with her. She didn’t know us from Adam, but talked with us like we were family. Assured us she would do anything in her power to g...et the charges lowered as much as possible. We hired her and was true to her word. She and her staff were available at any hour to talk and always returned our calls as soon as she was able. So my encounters with Linda first started late September early October of 2019, I had ran into some trouble regarding large large amounts of thc and firearms and sadly the case ended up going federal. From the very beginning she was not only reassuring, but very very professional and she carries a pe...rsonality and demeanor like no other when it comes to her job, I could call her at almost any hour of the day, I could text her at any hour of the day, and I have always gotten timely responses(Within minutes to if it was 1-2am sometimes it would be instant sometimes it would be in the morning when she woke up). Over the years she has treated me more like family, then a client, and from what I see with her other clients as well, she’s a pirhanna, she won’t stop until she gets what she wants, when it comes to her clients she is relentless and her perseverance is unmatched, I’ve had several top tier lawyers all ranging from 5k-40k(For state cases) and the work that she does, is literally unmatched. And if you’re caught red handed like I was, she has the connections, she has the voice, and she does the work, to get you the lowest possible sentence. I went from federal trafficking in thc, along with a possible 924c(poss of firearm in furtherance of drug trafficking) which carries a minimum mandatory 5 year on top of my other charge, to a plea that gave me multiple point reductions that doesn’t carry a mandatory minimum, and that doesn’t discredit me from probation/home confinement, therefore bringing my sentencing guidelines much much lower. I’ve witnessed Linda spend hours on hours on the phone with the FDA agents, with the prosecutor, with whoever was possibly relevant, to get me the best possible deal.

There is honestly no better than Attorney Linda Malek. Not only is she exceptional, but every single person in her firm is warm, courteous and competent. Recently, my husband and I found ourselves in a difficult and extremely stressful situation with a contractor who had taken our money and not fulfi...lled his obligations to us. I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse, we both work long weeks and the stress of this situation was overwhelming. We reached out to Ms. Malek and from the moment we spoke, I knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her confidence immediately put us at ease. She was clear, honest, and direct. Attorney Malek wasted no time in contacting the contractor. She handled a difficult and contentious situation with grace and expertise. Hiring Linda was the WORST mistake I could’ve made! I can only speak on my personal interaction with her and her staff. I was directed to speak to Karen her secretary as a contact person. One day I called Karen to two times in 30 minutes the next thing I know Linda is calling me screaming at me ( whi...ch she has done several times ) telling me don’t stress out her staff. In my opinion this law firm was unprofessional and rude and a waste of my money! I spent $5000 with zero results. I have a hard time believing some of these reviews from the experienced I’ve personally witnessed! In my experience with this law firm I was highly disappointed there was no face-to-face meetings I’m not even convinced that she watched any of the videos from the case, we NEVER had a a single meeting with her explaining what she was going to be doing when we went to court! Absolutely the worst business decision I’ve ever made! Trust me there’s 1 million lawyers out there that will treat you way better!

Linda is a rare lawyer - brilliant, good, professional - and incredibly effective. I found Linda after getting pulled over for a high-tier OVI with an extremely high BAC. She got it reduced to the low tier with the lowest penalties. Linda asked all relevant questions, hunted down all facts, and fough...t for me. She got me what everyone called, "the most lenient" result they had seen out of the court. Linda knows what she is doing 100%. She is worth her weight in gold. I wish I could give her more than 5 stars. Her staff was superb also. I had never had any history of anything like this, and she walked me through the process with knowledge and respect. Right before the final step in my case, I got cited again in a different municipality because of a documentation error I made unknowningly. Linda had to step in and negotiate that additional situation immediately to be able to preserve the initial plea. Linda made it happen. She is a miracle worker. I work with lawyers in other professional contexts every day - Linda is among the most brilliant and effective out there. Choosing her was the best decision I could have made at one of the hardest times of my life.
