Malek Law Firm is outstanding

Malek Law Firm has helped me out twice now and both times has got nothing but the best possible outcome each time. Linda and Chris will explain to you their knowledge and training on traffic and criminal law and help you understand your rights. Then after they do that they will do what they do best a...nd actually care about you as if you’re more than just a client. I don’t know how I could thank them enough and if you’re in need of a reputable and real lawyer who takes their job seriously give Linda a call and shell tell you what she can do before you even hire them.

Professional & Was available whenever we needed her

Ms. Malek and her team were professional, aware of the laws surrounding the case and explained every step of the case. She was available anytime we reached out- day or night. She went above & beyond for our case and would highly recommend to anyone!

Absolutely terrible

I waited a very long time to write this because I’m not one for bashing people but I can’t get over it. Very unprofessional and likes to talk down on people. Did not show for the first court appearance and late for the 2nd to which she was not prepared. Promised a lot before taking my money then told... me she couldn’t do anything at the end because I blew which was all known upfront. Honestly she did nothing for the 5000$ cost. It was my mistake to receive a dui but she def made promises and told me things she would do and delivered absolutely nothing.

Dismissal - second degree felony

Linda and her team are the BEST!! Summit County issued a warrant for my arrest and I had no clue I did anything wrong. Malek Law Firm answered my call immediately and worked non stop to get the warrant recalled and charges dismissed. I was facing a felony in the second degree and thank goodness for L...inda and her team for saving me!

Persistent

Before I hired Linda, I was consistently getting denied by the judge for allowance to have my probation transferred to another state. After hiring her team to handle my case, they did not give up after being denied. They went above and beyond by fighting for me every step of the way. After their due ...diligence, I was granted permission to move.
