Biography
I graduated from The University of Akron School of Law in 1995. I passed the July 1995 bar exam with the highest score on the MBE.
After law school, I spent fifteen months as a Stark County Public Defender beginning in January 1996. In April of 1997 I became a Younstown City Assistant Law Director and Prosecutor. Then from January of 2000 to October of 2001 I was a Mahoning County Prosecutor doing major felony trials. Since 2001 I have been employed primarily as a personal injury lawyer. I am now a Partner at the prestigious law firm of Kisling, Nestico and Redick.
I have tried to verdict almost 100 jury trials
I am AV Rated by Martindale Hubbel, the highest possible rating given to lawyers and have verdicts and settlements in excess of 1 million dollars.
I am a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and often speak at NBI seminars.

Excellent civil and criminal defense attorney
Attorney Maillis is highly knowledgeable on various areas of law and exceptional in the courtroom. He handled a contract dispute for me most recently. I have since recommended him to several friends and family members for civil and minor criminal matters, and all have had a positive experience.

Best civil and criminal attorney anyone could wish for!
I have never met a more knowledgeable attorney that has delt in the matters of civil and criminal cases. I have had him represent me on multiple cases over the last for years and I have yet to be dissatisfied with the results. Basically he won defending me every time in both types of cases.
