There is honestly no better than Attorney Linda Malek. Not only is she exceptional, but every single person in her firm is warm, courteous and competent. Recently, my husband and I found ourselves in a difficult and extremely stressful situation with a contractor who had taken our money and not fulfi...lled his obligations to us. I am a teacher and my husband is a nurse, we both work long weeks and the stress of this situation was overwhelming. We reached out to Ms. Malek and from the moment we spoke, I knew we were in good hands. She was incredibly knowledgeable and her confidence immediately put us at ease. She was clear, honest, and direct. Attorney Malek wasted no time in contacting the contractor. She handled a difficult and contentious situation with grace and expertise. Her legal savvy and her calm determination helped secure the best possible outcome for us in the shortest amount of time. The contractor who had essentially stolen materials and had "botched" much of our remodel has already paid us part of what he owed and produced many of the materials. We are confident Attney Malek will make sure we recieve everything we paid for. We could not be more grateful to the Malek firm. We very highly and enthusiastically recommend Attorney Malek!!

Hiring Linda was the WORST mistake I could’ve made! I can only speak on my personal interaction with her and her staff. I was directed to speak to Karen her secretary as a contact person. One day I called Karen to two times in 30 minutes the next thing I know Linda is calling me screaming at me ( whi...ch she has done several times ) telling me don’t stress out her staff. In my opinion this law firm was unprofessional and rude and a waste of my money! I spent $5000 with zero results. I have a hard time believing some of these reviews from the experienced I’ve personally witnessed! In my experience with this law firm I was highly disappointed there was no face-to-face meetings I’m not even convinced that she watched any of the videos from the case, we NEVER had a a single meeting with her explaining what she was going to be doing when we went to court! Absolutely the worst business decision I’ve ever made! Trust me there’s 1 million lawyers out there that will treat you way better!

Saying my expectations were exceeded would be an understatement. A few months ago, I found myself in a high stress legal situation and was feeling helpless. A mutual friend of mine that had recently finished up with a similar case, happily sent her my way. He could not say enough good things about Ms.... Linda Malik, and had me convinced that she was without a doubt the best option for me. I was given Miss Malik’s phone number and called her that evening. When the conversation began, My stress level and anxiety were through the roof as I frantically tried to explain the situation to her. She was a blessing in disguise because within about 5 to 10 minutes of our initial conversation, she had me feeling good about the situation and the fact that we could overcome it together. I believe the difference between Linda and other lawyers is that Linda cares about each case personally and treats her clients like family rather than people in business together. The court case ended up being about a nine month process From start to finish, and Miss Malik would call me frequently and update me about the situation and how to proceed. As a busy college student with a hectic schedule, the last thing I needed to worry about was a legal case, and Miss Malik was the reason I could stay levelheaded. We came out on the winning side of the case and the relief was overwhelming. I am forever grateful for Linda and her firm, And would very highly recommend her to anyone in a tight legal situation.
