My wife had hired another attorney for her second DUI w/refusal after getting pulled over for a speeding ticket. After a couple months it was clear that said attorney wasn't going to fight hard for her. After some discussion and sleepless nights we decided to fire her first attorney and seek new coun...sel. Not only was Linda reassuring and upbeat about what her thoughts were, she flat out said you aren't taking a deal, we will take this to trial if need be. Well there was never a need for that because at the suppression hearing Linda nailed it. I personally sat in the courtroom while the prosecution gave its case and then watched her rip it to shreds with facts not opinions. My wife's case was dismissed because Linda not only cited case law, but she backed up every argument with facts. I'll have to admit I was doubtful of the outcome, but I underestimated her sincere care of her cases and most of all her clients.
