$ 300-300 per hour
As a management side employment attorney, I represent mostly small to mid-sized businesses. My goal is to use proactive measures, such as employee handbooks, policies, training and human resources "best practices" to keep my clients compliant with the law and avoid employment claims. If and when claims do arise, I represent my clients in administrative agencies (unemployment, workers' comp, EEOC, etc.) as well as litigate matters in state and federal courts.
I am a Certified Specialist in Labor & Employment Law, and a partner with Petronzio Schneier Co., LPA. Together with my business law colleagues we offer businesses comprehensive legal services for all their business needs.

Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and to the point.
Jennifer reviewed our companies policies and helped us create a new employee manual, employee agreements, and processes for new hires and terminations. Every time we have a question she is there to answer the phone or email, put us at ease, and do what is best for both us and the employee. You can...
"We met during COVID and she has become a trusted colleague. I have collaborated with her on projects and work and her breathe of knowledge and experience is second to none. We have similar clients so I frequently reach out to her for advice and perspective. I highly recommend and endorse Jennifer."
"Jennifer always brings a fresh perspective to every matter she approaches. I have worked with her on a number of projects and her out of the box thinking when problem solving never ceases to impress me. While her solutions may be creative, they always have a solid legal foundation. I highly endorse Jennifer."
"I endorse this lawyer. I worked with her for several years and found her to be extremely knowledgeable of the law. She is very personable, professional and dedicated to her clients."
"I endorse this lawyer. She represents management and I represent employees but I find her very competent and reasonable with quite practical ways of solving problems. She is not, however, hesitant to litigate to the fullest when the circumstances warrant."
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Ms. Corso since 1993. She is highly intelligent, professional, and personable. These qualities make her a valuable asset to her clients."
"Jennifer is an extremely knowledgeable employment attorney. Even more importantly, she is very solution focused. While I work with her, I have also referred clients to her. All of my clients have been very pleased with her services. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone even considering an employment attorney."
