Recommendation for Kimberly Hrenko helping a small business in distress
Our small LLC got into financial issues, and I ended up getting nominated to be the Managing Member. Since I was a true novice at this, I relied 100% on our Attorney, Kimberly Hrenko, to provide the guidance necessary to try to move things in a positive direction. I found Kim's guidance to be insightful, creative, and so helpful. She understood the stress of the situation, and was always quick to volunteer to just handle it, WHATEVER it was. I never once second guessed her, and if her opinion differed from mine, I knew enough to follow her lead. Probably what helped me the most was I could ALWAYS count on Kimberly to get back to me ASAP, whether I told her or not. This was the single most characteristic that allowed me to sleep at night. When faced with any situation new to me, and trust me there were plenty, I sought her advice so as to not compound the problem we already faced.
One other specific strength of Kim's is her people skills in minimizing infighting among the members, something that is very prone to happen during this stressful time. She always kept us focused on the greater common good.
Bottom line is I would give Kim the highest rating possible, and would certainly recommend her to any of my friends with full confidence they will come away saying "Wow!". She is not only the best Attorney I ever dealt with, she is the best PERSON. Her caring attitude and limitless energy make her the only Attorney I would consider using.
