Tough stuff!

I hired Robert to represent me for two major speeding cases, which were in two courts which were very hard to work with, mainly due to my driving record. He made sure I knew about the situations with the tough courts, and was aware of the possible outcomes, and provided very fastidious responses to any questions I had. But even despite the difficulty of coming to an agreement with prosecutors, he was still able to get my tickets dropped down to much lesser charges. It looks like his firm handles lots of cases, so make sure to schedule calls in advance to ensure you can speak to him directly. However, he's very responsive via text and email, and once again, provided plenty of helpful details in our discussions, which helped significantly with the handling of my cases.

The best!

Handled my traffic citation with ease and got it down to a non-moving violation! Robert is such a down to earth person and very passionate about his work. He truly cares about who he represents and wants the absolute best outcome no matter what! His staff are also extremely pleasant to work with and are also willing to help out any way that they can.

Mr Botnick is the lawyer you never knew you needed.

I'm not one to have a lot of experience with the law and legal proceedings, and with my job, finding the time to navigate this all was very overwhelming. Like many of you in my (inexperienced) shoes, I googled and called about 6 traffic lawyers in this areas. In the midst of free consultations and random phone calls about my story/ticket, I realized, despite talking to all the lawyers, I still didn't really understand what I needed in terms of representation. That was until I had the fortune of talking to Mr Botnick at 5:55 pm the day I called after a busy day in court (which seemed past the office hours). He clearly explained our goals and the typical traffic ticket trajectory. He detailed a streamlined process and included his easy electronic portal. He has been around in this area and knows it well. He was confident, kind, and thoughtful about his explanations. He was available at various times (before 9 am and even after 5pm!) Within days, my ticket was easily handled with an outcome that made us both happy. I would recommend him to anyone! (And totally have already).

Extremely Satisfied

Contacted Mr. Botnick the day (Friday) of receiving a speeding ticket. He was very responsive and reached out to me on Saturday. He was able to get my moving violation changed to a non-moving violation with no points. Mr. Botnick was very clear and communicative throughout the process. I hope to never need a traffic lawyer again, but if I did, I would not hesitate to contact Mr. Botnick.

Excellent Experience!

Mr. Botnick is an amazing attorney! I inadvertently found myself in a pretty terrible moving violation situation after not realizing my payment for the ticket didn’t process (MONTHS after it was due to be paid). I had no idea a bench warrant was issued and my license was suspended until I switched employers and attempted to purchase car insurance. After going in total panic mode, I quickly researched and, consulted with Mr. Botnick. He has a plethora of experience, knowledge, and is highly regarded in a variety of jurisdictions within the greater Cleveland Metro area. Moreover, his fee was more than fair; Mr. Botnick negotiated it down to a no-point violation with half the price of the original ticket, my license was re-validated, and the warrant dropped. Although I don’t plan on having a repeat of this experience, I know exactly who to call should I need legal representation in the future!

Exceptional, Ethical

I called to hire Mr. Botnick, and received the highest compassion and concern for my case during the consultation. He researched the case while discussing over the phone with me and gave me very good advice that led to my not needing his representation. He would not charge a fee or retainer until he was sure that I absolutely required his services, so I did not have to hire him or pay a bill because of how much he cares and helps people seeking his representation. I would hire this attorney in a heartbeat and recommend him to everyone.

Robert is a great professional to work with

I used Robert to help me fight a pretty steep speeding ticket. Robert was able to successfully get my ticket reduced to a 0 point violation and small fine. Additionally, Robert communicated with me about the process even while going through having a family member in the hospital. He understands his clients are stressed and values his client's business.

I was referred to Robert by my divorce attorney and I’m very thankful I had him representing me in my criminal case. My case required a lot of extra attention and wasn’t very routine. I was very concerned that id be going to jail for something I didn’t do. Robert kept in constant communication during the case, and answered any questions I’d have, and made sure I was always updated with what was going on. We ended up having to go to trial and I was found not guilty, with Robert’s help and representation. Highly recommend !

The Attorney You Are Looking For!!!

Robert was an amazing attorney and was helpful 10 fold. I am so glad I found him and was able to acquire his service. He had no doubt we would work through it and he would everything he could to get the case resolved. Im not from Ohio and got some trouble while on a trip through the state. I had looked into other attorneys and no one stood out like Robert. My only regret was not finding him sooner. Robert stayed in contact through the whole thing and was sure that I was in the loop. Absolutely amazing!

I had NEVER been in trouble before, so, as a first time offender I was scared out of my mind! I didn't know who to call or where to begin. I did some Google researching and called a bunch of offices. For each call I made I felt like just another client. I was embarrassed and felt defeated. Then I contacted The Botnick Law Firm. When speaking with Robert I cried and expressed ALL of my concerns and he immediately put me at ease. He promised me that he would walk WITH ME through everything and THAT he did! Not once was he judgemental, he was kind and compassionate and understood that even "good people sometimes make bad mistakes". Strong representative

Mr. Botnick, did a great job achieving an ideal outcome to a moving violation. It required little effort on my part, and Mr. Botnick was able to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. He was very quick to get the whole matter taken care of.

Bob really has your back!

I was involved in an OVI arrest. I took a breathalyzer test and was almost twice the limit. Bob kindly took me in and quickly made me more at ease by helping me understand how the court process goes. From the very beginning Bob promised he would do the best he could to help my case. He followed through with his promise and he was able to work out an exceptional deal with the prosecutor. I highly recommend contacting Bob Botnick, first thing, if you’re ever in a similar adverse situation.

Very professional and helpful!

traffic ticket

I couldn't be happier with how my case was handled and turned out. Being a first time traffic violation that required a court appearance (failed to stop at a school bus), i was clueless of what I'm doing and scared of the outcome. Mr. Botnick was very informative and explained things very well, laid out several options and gave me great advice. He was able to get the charge changed to a non-moving violation and I did not have to appear in court, no points either on my records. I highly recommend him!

Reliable

We highly recommended Mr. Botnick. Mr. Botnick was available with only 1 day notice as we were struggling to find someone we trusted and could afford. Given the fact that we had no experience with the court system, he was able to walk us through every single step of the way and lowered our level of anxiety tremendously. Speeding ticket reduced - highly recommend

Robert was great to work with. I'm from out of state and have a tight work schedule, so I reached out to Robert to help with my speeding ticket. He was very thorough and responsive. First rate criminal defense attorney

Bobby Botnick provided me with excellent representation during a very stressful and atypical domestic violence charge. He helped me navigate the sometimes confusing legal system and offered calm and objective advice during my pretrials and sentencing. His professionalism, knowledge and interpersonal skills throughout the ordeal were the keys to the domestic violence charge being reduced to an "attempt" disorderly conduct misdemeanor.
