Non-communicative and detrimental

Patrick Leary was hired by an associate of my now husband's, and he advised me to waive my preliminary hearing, stating that my codefendant waived his, which I figured out later was horrible advice. I'd heard he was the best. His motivation was money and nothing else. He did, however, get the judge t...o recall my warrant, which should never have issued in the first place, as I gave the Court notice of my ride bailing on me without adequate notice for me to walk three hours to the courthouse. Where's the Justice in this alleged 'JUSTICE' system in our once-great country?

Leary is honest, upfront and gets it done!

After battling with the "good ole boys club" for over a year, my nephew sat in jail on a non violent charge of "disrupting public service" due to calling the PD too many times for welfare checks on his child. No violence, no fire arms, just a simple charge concocted by the local PD. After being app...ointed an attorney who assured us it was as simple a diversion for this young man who had never had any confrontations with the law, never any charges, etc. the appointed attorney never was able to process anything, never filed any paperwork. Leary came in, addressed very quickly the issue, was able to get a deal where this charge will be removed once MH treatment is completed. He is attentive to the client's needs and gets things done! He was a godsend after battling this system where his wife is employed he was able to get things accomplished quickly.

A genuine good and honest lawyer!

Mr. Patrick Leary is as good as it gets in my honest opinion. He has litigated for me through the years a wide array of criminal cases. Everything from OVI and minor traffic violations too Posession and a serious firearms case. It's more than that though because he's very personal and a family man. H...is father before him was an accomplished Lawyer, so this man grew up listening to cases. I consider Patrick Leary to be one of the most honest and accredited lawyers out there, and he never failed to be there, when I needed him.

Highly recommended

Mr Leary is an exceptional lawyer and I highly recommend his services. He is an extremely fair and honest man that trusts and cares about his clients. I had recently hired Mr. Leary to evaluate and work on a few criminal charges/cases that I had received and I can almost garuntee that without his s...ervices I could have very well gone to prison. Mr. Leary was also a very energetic and well spoken man who never made me feel left out of the loop nor has he ever gave me a reason to worry.

Felony Case

Being someone who has never been in trouble with the law I want to first say that Patrick is very thorough in explaining everything that comes with the process. He truly helps you understand how the system works. That's just a minute character trait of Mr. Leary however. He truly cares about you and ...your situation and fights for the best possible outcome no matter what the charge is. He was a former prosecutor, now attorney who has tremendous experience and knowledge of the law for 15+ years. I could not recommend a better lawyer for whatever your case may be. My testimony is very straightforward to the type of person Patrick is. He cares about you and your rights bottom line. Whatever the case may be he is going to use his experience and knowledge to get the best possible outcome. He stands up for your character and doesn't let anybody question what type of person you are. He is very personable and puts every emotion into your specific case. After my personal experience with Patrick I could not recommend a better lawyer. The biggest difference between Patrick and other lawyers are his character traits, he never called into question who I was as a person and took every step necessary to prove that to the court because in this day and age it almost feels like you are guilty until proven innocent. He has tremendous grit and determination in fighting for your rights and again he truly cares about your situation I cannot reiterate how important it is to find a lawyer who cares and he truly is one with compassion he is a great man, friend, and lawyer and if you need someone to defend your freedom there is absolutely no better person.

"I endorse this lawyer. I was a prosecuting attorney for Cuyahoga County and Patrick Leary was also an assistant prosecutor. His knowledge of criminal law is amazing. I am always happy to see his name as representing a co-defendant on a case. His previous employment as an assistant prosecutor allowed him to learn the system and gave him the knoweledge to win your case."

"This man is tireless. When other Attorneys are ready to call it a day, Pat Leary is still at it, fighting for his clients. I have been a Criminal Lawwyer for over Forty years and know that his best attribute is caring for people in the "period of the unknown". Whether it is your first trip or unfortunately you have been through the system before, Pat will exhaust every avenue. He is a relentless adversary and advocate. I have litigated with him and against him. He is a trusted colleague and I am proud to endoerse him."
