MY CASE
I WORKED WITH AN ATTORNEY THAT DID THE BARE MINIMUM. I CALLED ATTY. MIKE GRUHIN . AFTER CONSULTATION HE TOOK MY CASE, WHICH SEEM TO BE DEAD IN THE WATER DUE TO ERONIOUS INFORMATION. ATTORNEY GRUHIN ARGUE MY CASE IN COLUMBUS AND HAD THE INFORMATION REMOVED. I HAVE MY PTD.

Every time I meet with Michael he’s seems more like a family member & educator. Glad I found this great attorney
Mike Gruhin represented me in my new BWC claim. I had a prior claim for carpal tunnel and tried to to it myself. I didn't know that my ol claim died from inactivity. When I needed surgery for the condition because my carpal tunnel came back due of my work i was told my claim was dead. I had used a union representative for my claim and that was a big mistake I contacted Mike and he worked diligently and kept me informed of the case status at all times. He did a fantastic job and got me more money than I ever expected. Don't go anywhere else than Gruhin if you've been hurt. As far as I'm concerned he's a magician. Thanks Mike for being there every step of the way.

I was impressed with my initial meeting with Atty Gruhin. He took the time to explain everything in detail, in addition to giving me copies of all paperwork. Elbow Injury
When I found Gruin & Gruin I was not sure if anyone could do anything for me as my case was over 5 years old. So I called a few places because my elbow was really hurting me and my job was trying to demand more physical work which was hard for me due to the injury and the lack of strength in my right arm. I accepted Mike Gruin because he thought it would be possible to reopen the case based on my circumstances and he did. He has helped get me through the situation to show the state of my lack of progression with my arm and how it is effecting the other arm. The team at Gruin &Gruin has also helped me find chiropractic therapy to help with the pain in the arm.

The Giant Slayers!!!
I was employed by a self-insured employer an employee of 18 yrs. I was in a motor vehicle accident in 2012, a drunk driver went left of center and hit me head on. I was hospitalized for a month with a host of injuries, both legs now have hard ware in them. This guy was going an estimate of 60 plus mph when he struck me, I had to be cut from the vehicle, and if God hadn't spared my life, this accident was supposed to take my life. After being released from hospital a month later in a wheelchair and confined to a hospital bed, I began searching for an attorney due to the seriousness of my situation. Gruhin and Gruhin was my choice per the Avvo reviews. Believe me when I say this, I've won 90% of my hearings for those of you who knows the hearing process that comes with a BWC claim. Now for the main event, I was scheduled for a hearing recently with 5 different issues, these issues had me very stressed out and worried because this giant company and their attorney out of nowhere wanted to stop me receiving the help I was receiving medically, financial, and psychological. They had attempted to deceive and mislead me pertaining to a program I was in which was preparing me for a return to work with accommodations based on my injuries, flat out lied, it was unbelievable. Gruhin and his team assured me that they were going to fight for me all the way. 5 issues were heard, 5 approvals was granted!! That's 5 wins out of 5, 100 percent rating which is remarkable!!!!!.
