I am a native of Bedford, Michigan, just across the state line from Toledo, Ohio. When I'm not defending clients, I enjoy coaching high school basketball, supporting Cleveland, Ohio's pro sports teams, and taking walks with my family and our dogs.

I was inspired as a young man to become an attorney who was dedicated to defending his clients and ensuring their rights were protected. As a criminal defense lawyer, I have handled hundreds of high-level felony cases, as well as more than 1,000 defendants charged with misdemeanor offenses.

Best choice ever!

Mr. Wisehart assured me he could help me and he did more than that! I got pulled over for potential dui and I refused to blow and one of the harshest judges dismissed my dui and refusal and waved my reinstatement fee thanks to Troy! Did I mention I have 2 prior? It was all too good. I will recommend him to the day I die. Thank you Troy!

Tremendous legal counsel

Mr. Wisehart was hired as defense counsel regarding a matter where two public figures were involved. In small town politics the village prosecutor was out to make a name for himself and was aided by a rabid and often inaccurate media feeding frenzy. Troy refused to try the case in the local papers. His research, common sense approach, preparation and thoughtfulness were outstanding. His courtroom professionalism was top tier. In this case, the jury was unanimous in their verdict for acquittal. If you need excellent counsel with first rate investigative and support/research resources then this is definitely your best attorney in erie, huron, ottawa, richland and surrounding Ohio counties.

Worth Every Penny!

I hired Mr. Wisehart as a defense attorney for felony criminal charges and he was a lifesaver! He is an experienced criminal attorney who is highly regarded and respected in the communities where he practices. Mr. Wisehart was understanding of my circumstances and handled my case with distinguished professionalism. The disposition of my case resulted in two low grade felony charges being reduced to misdemeanors and no jail time was ever served. !!!!!Do Not Refer !!!!

I would not refer Troy W. He will bleed you out your money and plea you out with no fight . He over charge people and if it gets bonded over he charge you again , He does not do any work as a lawyer supposed to , he is very lazy . He make deals and will give you up , and try to take the easy way out as possible . You get Troy you go to jail it’s simple guilty or not !
